I am sitting here alone and my heart is filled with peace, joy and gratitude! 5 months ago it was not the case, I went through one of the most difficult and dark times in my life, like never before... 🥺But thanks to God's grace and *your* love, support and presence, today I can sit here again with a heart full of love, peace and joy, as the joyful, passionate, crazy Jana that I know.

I can't thank you enough for your love and support! God has blessed me with the most amazing people in my life, thank you that you are one of those!  I'm so grateful for you.

This process helped me get rid of negative beliefs, self talk & negative behaviours and to be consciously aware and to envision a greater life for myself!

I thoroughly enjoyed every session of my life coaching! I started off my coaching as a person who really needed work done and to really think about making significant changes both personally, physically and mentally.

I started this experience after having ended a serious relationship. This process has allowed me to become more consciously aware of my thoughts and my actions. I have allowed myself to dig deep into my past & to think about realities of my life and how this has affected me as a person and how this had an effect on my life currently too.
